The Hulikere family has cultivated coffee for three generations. Today, Shreedev (pictured below) and his wife Sushmita manage the family’s three coffee farms, all located in the Baba Budan Giri Hills growing region.
In past years, we’ve brought coffee from both Chinnenahalli Estate (which serves as the family’s home) and Woodway Estate, a plantation founded by the British in the 1880’s. Blessed by high elevation, abundant shade, and a healthy animal and bird population, Woodway is also one of the few coffee farms in India (if not the world) to earn a Wildlife Friendly certification.

*For the microlots, we give first priority to roasters that already buy our coffees. Roasters that have never purchased from us (or whose last purchase was a few years back) should consider the larger lot offering.
